By downloading any of the graphics or backgrounds, you are implying that you have
agreed to these terms.  I really do appreciate your kindness and respect!

Please use my graphics for personal, non-business uses only.  You are welcome
to use my graphics on your personal, family friendly site or you may use them for
printing for personal or school use.  If your site advertises or promotes your business,
even if you aren't actually selling anything online, that is considered a business.
If you have a business, Email Me for information.
Schools and child care sites will not be considered businesses. 

You may not alter, resize or recolor any of my images.  You are welcome to add
text only on the images designated for that purpose.  If you would like something
personalized, please contact me and I am usually able to help you with that.  You
may not create awards, banners, e-cards, etc. with my graphics.  If you would like one
made for you, please just let me know and we can discuss what you would like.

Please provide a link back to my site:  www.moosecreekoriginals.com
on each and every page that you use my graphics on.  You can either
use a text link, or you may use any of the logos providing for linking throughout my site.

My graphics may not be used on Ebay or other auction sites, or for making templates
for such sites.   If you would like to use a specific graphic
for a signature on your emails, please contact me for prior approval.  Other than
those approved by me, you may not distribute my graphics in emails, on message boards,
mailing lists,  or for other mass purposes.

Please right click and save to your own hard drive or disk.  Direct linking will be
tracked by my server and I will contact you, as this is stealing bandwidth. :(
I may change the file names on my site from time to time to discourage direct linking.

All copyrights to these images solely belong to me.
Obviously, you may not sell or redistribute (such as in a graphics collection)
any of my graphics without my written permission.
